P14 Dental 3D Printer — 16K LCD Printer for Clear Aligner & Orthodontic Model Production
Bring aligner model printing in-house — and stop waiting on outsourced models.
If you produce clear aligners, you already know the bottleneck: printed models. Outsourcing them means per-model fees, shipping delays, and no control over accuracy. The P14 removes that bottleneck. It is an industrial-grade LCD photocuring printer engineered for daily dental batch production, and it fits the workflow of dental labs, orthodontic clinics, aligner brands, hospitals, and training institutions.
Accuracy that holds across the whole platform
A printer is only useful if the last model in a batch matches the first. The P14 uses a laser LED optical engine with low optical distortion and high light uniformity, paired with a 15120 x 6230 (16K) LCD and a 14 x 19 µm pixel size. Layer thickness is adjustable from 0.025 to 0.2 mm, so you can run fine layers for surgical guides and faster layers for working models. The result: aligner models with the surface detail and dimensional accuracy thermoforming depends on.
One machine, 10+ dental applications
The P14 is not a single-purpose aligner printer. It covers four clinical areas — implantology, orthodontics, fixed prosthetics, and removable prosthetics — including:
Orthodontic models for clear aligner thermoforming
Restoration (working) models
Implant models
Surgical guides (tissue-borne)
Temporary crowns and bridges
Removable denture bases
That matters commercially: when your aligner volume is low, the same machine earns its keep printing other indications.
Sized for real batch production
The 302.4 x 161.98 x 200 mm build platform holds a full day of typical case models in one run, and print speed reaches 20–60 mm/h depending on the resin. The machine runs on standard 405 nm UV resins, so you are not locked into a single material supplier. Operation is through a 5-inch color touchscreen with USB and WiFi connectivity — load the file, press start, no specialist operator required.
Before you order — practical points buyers ask about
Power: 220 V rated voltage. Confirm your local supply before ordering.
Environment: stable 20–30 °C operating room; allow roughly 60 x 60 cm of bench/floor space plus ventilation for resin handling.
Footprint and weight: 550 x 420 x 1060 mm, 45 kg net (58 kg gross packed) — a floor-standing unit that ships in one crate (650 x 520 x 1120 mm).
Materials: works with 405 nm dental resins; we can recommend tested resins for aligner models, guides, and temporary restorations.
Training and support: every P14 includes equipment operation training, and ongoing technical support — so your team is producing sellable models in days, not months. This is part of how you reach a faster return on investment.
Pair it with our QY-5 pressure forming machine, QT-5 Laser trimmer and BL-100 polishing unit for a complete in-house aligner production line — print the model, form the aligner, trim and polish, all under your own roof.

よくあるご質問
Q: Is the P14 suitable for clear aligner model printing?
A: Yes. Orthodontic model printing for aligner thermoforming is one of its core applications, with 14 x 19 µm pixel accuracy and a build volume sized for daily case batches.
Q: What resins does the P14 use?
A: Any quality 405 nm UV dental resin. You are not locked to one brand, and we can recommend resins we have tested for aligner models, surgical guides, and temporary crowns.
Q: How many aligner models can it print per batch?
A: That depends on model orientation and height, but the 302 x 162 mm platform is sized for 18 aligner models printing per time.
Q: Do you provide training?
A: Yes. Equipment operation training, and ongoing technical support are included — most teams are producing within days of installation.
