Step 1 — Print the models (P14 Dental 3D Printer)
The P14 is an industrial-grade LCD photocuring printer with a 16K LCD (14 x 19 µm pixel size) and a 302 x 162 x 200 mm build volume — sized for a full day of case models per run. It prints on standard 405 nm resins and also covers surgical guides, implant models, temporary crowns, and denture bases, so the machine stays productive even when aligner volume dips.
Step 2 — Form the aligners (QY-5 Positive Pressure Forming Machine)
The QY-5 forms 125 mm sheets (0.5–6.0 mm, soft and hard materials) over each printed model using 2–5 bar of positive air pressure — not vacuum suction — for sharp gingival margins and consistent thickness. A rotary cycle structure and bilingual touchscreen keep daily production moving. An external air compressor of at least 6 bar is required; standard dental compressors qualify.
Step 3 — Cut the contour (QT-5 Laser Aligner Cutting Machine)
The QT-5 replaces manual trimming with automated laser contour cutting. It follows the designed trim line with ≤ 0.01 mm precision and seals the edge as it cuts, so aligners come off the platform smooth — with no hand trimming and little to no polishing. The enclosed chamber, tinted laser-safety cover, and English touchscreen make it as practical in a dental practice as in a laboratory.
Step 4 — Finish (BL-100 Brushless Polishing Machine)
With laser-sealed edges, most aligners need no polishing at all. The BL-100 handles the exceptions and the detail work: a brushless micromotor running 0–50,000 RPM with 8.5 Ncm of torque and under 1% speed fluctuation, a magnetic foot pedal with automatic braking, and a 275 g handpiece built for hours of precise finishing.
